The Ravasi Garzanti Foundation is led by aBoard of Directors composed of individuals with high professional and civic standing, which upholds the foundation’s original mission and guides strategic decisions with an eye toward the future.
The Council brings together diverse expertise in research, culture, business, and social issues, united by a shared commitment to a city that is more attentive, inclusive, and equitable toward older adults.

As the executor of Livio Garzanti’s will, he has spearheaded and guided the Foundation’s evolution over the past decade, shaping its current statutory, organizational, and strategic framework. He oversees the Foundation’s operations and the management of its assets. He is also President of the Fondazione Monte di Lombardia, which operates in Milan and Pavia.
With extensive experience at the national and European levels in the fields of social policy and the nonprofit sector, she leads and coordinates the Foundation’s operations.
Working alongside the Board of Directors is a team that translates the Foundation’s mission into concrete projects. The staff brings multidisciplinary expertise—ranging from social services to culture, from research to communications—and works in a style based on collaboration, active listening, and innovation.
A working group that is also a community of people and professionals who share values and goals, committed to creating new opportunities for the city of Milan and its residents.
